Hi,
I managed to GAS Aquire a couple of Flir lenses for the new high end cameras (compatible camera list here : https://www.flir.co.uk/products/t199590_lens/ (https://www.flir.co.uk/products/t199590_lens/))
So I have the 14 deg and the 42 deg lenses - while hoping one day to actually get a camera they work on. The new lenses are calibrated from factory - so when you add them to a camera - the camera automatically adjusts all settings.
So if anyone wants to "test them" I'll be happy to do so for forum members with good long history - located in the UK. You pay shipping or collect from Brighton - (and deliver back of course) - but if you break them you pay for replacement!
Merry Christmas !

Ah you were the winner of them on eBay! You got them at an absolute steal!

I know who the seller is and who he works for. I previously purchased a ResearchIR MAX 4 licence from him via eBay and recognised his name on the a PayPal account. I said ‘Hi’ to him via a message ..... he totally ghosted me :-\ I remain unsure how he is getting his new stock to sell but advise some caution. I cannot see his employer selling kit at such a discount !

Friend of mine has a criminal record for buying an item he admitted he thought might have been stolen.
He gave the police the name of the seller who, in court, denied knowing or suspecting it might have been stolen and walked out with only advice to be less trusting next time he was offered a bargain.
