Firmware dump Draeger Talisman

Hi, has anybody a firmware dump from an Draeger Talisman?
I have a dead one on my bench. Tried to read the MCU with an T56 and TL866ii but the signature is FF FF , so the MCU is dead.

MCU can be copy protected so you get all FF on a read attempt.

The signature should be readable, even if it is locked. Or not? The datasheet says nothing regarding the signature.

Sorry, I only know that another forum member who better understands these processors failed to read out the firmware. I have a note of it in my archive, but no details. Sorry.
