I know, late to the party.
Been trying to find out the default password for the pocket2 ..
When attempting to connect via a "net" connection (WLAN) in their Analyzer software (edit : on a Win11 PC).

Spent lots of time searching manuals, finding other default creds, as in this thread. nothing works.
I've emailed them.. see what happens..
But in the mean time..
Anyone know??
TIA
EDIT : I did manage to connect to the P2 in Studio via WLAN. Studio reads all the vitals on the camera , used HMsc2020 for the pass.
But HMsc2020 doesn't work for Analyzer. So I know it's on the network and not blocked. Studio uses the same port 8000 .
And I dont see where one can "add" a password ??. If your going to edit/change a network parameter, to complete the edit, you have to provide the password (HMsc2020).
So different password for Analyzer ?

So email received from HIKmicro, and they said need to use the SADP of theirs, and if camera is listed as active, need to "restore" the camera and start again. After selecting the restore of the camera's menu, now their SADP, showed the camera inactive, and was prompted to set a password.
Mean while, this is all via WiFi on my network, on the same PC running Analyze.
Go to Analyze, enter all the creds and IP, still getting an error when attempting to connect via wiFi, different error code, now, guessing the one before was relevant to an incorrect password.
I can ping the camera's IP, can verify ports open, SADP sees the camera.. just can't connect Analyze over wiFi.
So sent this feedback to HIKmicro w/ error code, and see what they say.
Edit 11/4
So received an email back from JIKmicro :
"After confirmation from R&D team. We figure out that current firmware of Pocket2 is not support using network to connect to Analyzer.
I’m sorry currently you need USB-C to USB-A cable to connecting the device with Analyzer as usual.
We will support this function in the future firmware of Pocket2.
Thank you for your support and understanding! "
