Title: My seek compact pro has defect?

I just get my seek compact pro last week from amazon, i just noticed my camera sensor have permanent mark/spot in video and picture, can I claim warranty I'm so disturbing me after I noticed that.. I'm so disappointed

Yes that would be described as a manufacturing defect. It is likely contamination of the sensor window. Request an exchange from Amazon. They are normally very good when problems occur  :-+

I got my Compact Pro exchanged 3! times from Amazon because of bad image quality / way off temp readings, but finally the third device works great even two years later  8)

Just returned my seek compact pro, get full refund money back, thank you all, any suggestions for good 400usd thermal images?
