they don't specifically mention FLIR, so it might be based on a different module.

Estimate the use of IRAY products, because of the United States blockade, it is impossible to use FLIR, you can see that the future FLIR products will be a large number of IRAY replacement, forget FLIR!

It is a VOx microbolometer so not using a ULIS part. As stated, it could be a Chinese manufacturer.

Given that the FLIR-based Zenmuse XT2 640 ratiometric 640 x 512 x 9Hz camera with 25mm lens is about GBP 11,000 plus taxes (https://www.pass-thermal.co.uk/flir-zenmuse-xt2-640-aerial-radiometric-thermal-cameras-9hz) (total GBP 13,150, US$17,000), I can't imagine this new baby will be what you'd call cheap.
At least, not cheap for the average hobbyist.
Compared with the cost of running a helicopter with pilot and camera operator, a $50,000 drone camera system is peanuts and could pay for itself in just a couple of weeks.
