Title: New Seek Reveal Case for get full potential of this cam

hi friend,

i decide to share my first project with seek thermal Reveal Pro. My first impression after getting this device in the past was.... not good. I start my own project and you can get the results right now.

The cam has a high potential for getting good pictures, but the lens is the very bad.... If you change the case and the lens, you see a other world :-)

Feel free to ask me for DXF/DWG/3DM/STL files....

To use this case you need two additional parts (ok three with new lens)

1. polarization glas to make the screen darker
2. eye lens to compensize near view to the screen

All i can support and my prices can be very different than ebay

Hi

The front part of the seek is made from metal and also used for cooling the system or at least get a thermal equilibrium faster.

Did you experience some sort of thermal problems with your setup?

I just saw, that the metal part is the heatsink for the LED.

Still: Is your setup stable during prolonged use?

Hi,

i use this Reveal Pro now for 3 Years and have never problems with Heat cooling. The sensor not attach the metal only the plastik holder around the sensor body... :box:

Do you have a measurement of the threads of the objective?

Or a hint for suitable objectives?
