Noob question about thermal-eye 4000m

I recently got a thermal-eye 4000m, but just the pan/tilt camera. It was dusty/dirty, I've cleaned it. But I don't know how to power it or get the video out.  Is it the same as the ones in a cadillac? A +, B -, C n D = video?
