Title: Seek Thermal Compact (Pro) not working on incompatible Android

Hi there,

My Seek Thermal Compact Pro is not recognised on my Xiaomi Android mobile - which indeed is not listed as a compatible device on Seek website. I kind of find weird that some mobile won't allow this USB device to work and I was trying to find out whether someone has found a solution.

It does work on my old Sony Xperia tablet - via an extension cable as Seek didn't bother to add a simple "rotate" feature for those "incompatible" devices where the picture ends up with the wrong rotation.

Any help?

Some Important information is missing from your question.....

Exact Model of mobile phone ?

Android Version running on Mobile Phone ?

Is mobile phone stated as being OTG capable ?

Does the Seek Thermal Application install and run ?

You are an absolute star!! OTG disables itself after 10 minutes of inactivity on my mobile! I went in settings, enabled it and it's now working! Shame on Seek support, they just dismissed my query with "it's not compatible".

You were fortunate. Some people have found that their mobile phone does not support OTG and they are truly stuck. I am pleased that yours was just sleeping  :)
