The current lot of cameras is $39 and they have been accepting $25 to $30 offers.

I've gotten two so far at $30 each and one friend offered $25 a piece for 2 at a time and got it.

I have been wondering how low they would take "best offer".   I see they are selling faster now.  Not sure I want to make an account yet, though. The preceding lot was offered on their own web site for $34 & less than $10 shipping, but by the time I had decided to spring for another one they had pulled it off their site & had it only on e-bay for $37 & $18 or $19 shipping.  Later they changed it to the current numbers.  I have been watching for price drops...
