That is a TM06 imaging core. Have you tried contacting the OEM and asking for a firmware update ?

TM06 data sheet may be downloaded here…..

Talk to Hikmicro’s thermal core division and see if they will assist you.

I tried to contact their technical support and all hikvision support but they ask for the serial number and the problem is that there is no data on it

I have checked my firmware archive and sadly I do not have any firmware for the TM06 core. Such firmware is often only supplied “on request” and, as you have found, OEM’s often want to verify your identity in their sales records. Cores that have been extracted from a complete camera or other system are often not found in the sales and support department records.

If you do not mind me asking, why did you want the firmware ? Has your core got a fault or were you hoping to fix an issue with your current firmware version ?

True, it has been damaged and I cannot access the camera's web interface and the technician has updated it with files that do not match it.

That is a bad situation as sadly even a firmware update may not repair the damage. Firmware updates only change some of the file system whilst leaving other parts untouched. You need a matching revision firmware image of the complete operating system and sadly that will be very difficult to find. Manufacturers will sometimes offer an RTB firmware rebuild service but the cost is often prohibitive.

Corrupted firmware is one of the most challenging repairs that I face when working on a faulty thermal camera. Without access to another camera of the same type for reference, or assistance from the OEM, the camera can end up as a spares donor :(

Sorry that I cannot help you on this occasion.

This dump can you notice the failure in any file because it is a dual-system camera with multiple functions and it also has a Hikvision box camera connected to it

I am no expert on Linux but that boot log seems too short to be correct. I see the Linux being checked and found OK but then the OS starts looking for devices and I do not see them being found and configured. It is like the boot stage is present but the actual camera program is absent. Others may be better acquainted with UBOOT and Linux to provide more thoughts on this.

Sadly this is where having another camera of the same model and FW version would prove really useful for diagnostics and possibly even file transfer to the failed camera.

One thing to be aware of, if anyone has been changing the original file system and replacing files or folders, there is the chance that the cameras original calibration file set has been lost. If this is the case, even rebuilding the file system contents to original build state will not return the camera to correct operation. A new NUC table and dead pixel map will need to be built and this is not an easy task if the camera does not contain a calibration utility. Many cameras require an external calibration utility to build the required tables and insert them into the cameras file system. Normally a standard firmware update will leave the calibration tables untouched but that is only assured when the correct firmware update is installed. If the camera is also capable of temperature measurement, that would also need to be calibrated.
