USSR thermal imager

I found such a thermal imager in the basement of the hospital. USSR thermal imager called the "rainbow"

in addition to the Soviet thermal imagers, I found a photo from the thermal imager spacecraft. MWIR

do you got any more information on this "spacecraft"? I am fairly interested, but it's difficult to find anything on the internet
