Where I can find a macro lens for Flir E4-E8 series?

I would like to purchase a macro lens for my E4, I saw that for UNI-T there various options on Aliexpress.

There is anyone that sell this kind of products?

Can I make it on my own purchasing a lens on Aliexpress and then printing an adapter?
