Applying for Electronics job in Netherlands

Hi,
I am an Electronics engineer from UK, and i am in the application process for a  Electronics job in the Netherlands.
Is it the case that if i am sucessful, then i will be stuck at this company, and will not ever  be able to  subsequently apply for other  Electronics jobs at other companies in Mainland EU? Eg, supposing after 18 months, i see a nice Electronics  job in Germany, then assumedly i will not be able to apply to it?
How does it work?
(ie due to Brexit)

Or is there a kind of "EU citizenship" that i can apply for, such that i have the freedom to apply to electroniCs jobs in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Swiss etc.? If so, how long does this "EU citizenship" last for?
