Vienna as the city is a safe bet. The choice of "huge cities" in Austria is limited.  :)

There's more than one game in town regarding satellite technology though, although RUAG is the largest player. This slide deck might be interesting: https://www.austrospace.at/downloads/satellitensysteme-und-die-oesterreichische-raumfahrt-industrie.pdf

There is a list of companies on slide 7 (most of them are based in Vienna), and portraits of some of the companies in the subsequent slides. "German is a bonus", as the job posting stated...

Edit: Doesn't seem to be a huge company, if they look for one EE to do everything from switch-mode power supplies, FPGA design, to firmware and communications protocol software?

Vienna as the city is a safe bet. The choice of "huge cities" in Austria is limited.  :)

Tokyo (pop. 13.9 million) is a huge city, London (pop. 8.9 million) is a large city, Wein (pop. 1.8 million) is only a 'huge city' if you come from the likes of Edelschrott (Voitsberg, Austria (pop 1,735)).  :)

Edit: Doesn't seem to be a huge company, if they look for one EE to do everything from switch-mode power supplies, FPGA design, to firmware and communications protocol software?

Maybe it's  huge in the same way Wein is?  :)
Anybody got a syringe I can use to squeeze the magic smoke back into this?
