Help needed with Voltage Regulators

Hello I need some help getting my voltage rails figured out. I need 3.3v(500ma) and 5v (1.5A) with an input of anything between 9 and 20 volt.
and it all needs to be on my own custom pcb, I currently have some issues with what i have now.
I don't mind paying for the help so if you have experience with this then let me know.
