I want an oscilloscope writer who can write an oscilloscope review for my blog. I'm ready to pay him/her. If anyone has real experience and want to write please inbox me or comment here.

Hmm, I don’t think you have a “blog” there. A blog, in my mind, is where you publish your personal thoughts or projects. Your site is an “advertorial”: reviews written not because you care or have deep expertise on the products, but because you want to place Amazon affiliate links.

I'm only new here ,but I think EEV blog dave has qualified for that role. Maybe you could pay him to use his reviews and write em up yourself.

Obviously, you are trying to make some money out of this so called blog by pointing people to Amazon and the like. You may want to hire someone and pay for the service. But the moment you start promoting stuff, people will smell the rat. There are many independent sources for technically savvy people looking for scopes to get their information from rather than a site like yours that seems to promote stuff.
