I have an old single sided pcb with some trace damage that I want to make new again.

Well, if you would have attached your mail address to your post I could have contacted you. :)

So....

I may be able to recreate a PCB for you, however, I would have to know
what exactly you would need to be done.
Do you want someone to exactly copy the PCB 1:1? Or do you you want a
schematic created with most modern components and modern layout rules but
physically the same dimmension to replace an old style PCB?
How many copies do you need?
Do you have the schematics? Or at least a good photo to know what you are up to?
And, last but not least: How big is your budget?
