Seeking contract engineer to answer questions via email

I am seeking an Verilog expert, with experience with various FPGA, to answer questions via email.

The price I will pay is 200$. It will be my job to send the simples examples, and questions, clear images, in order for you to answer these questions in 5 minutes or less.

Also, if a question is not immediatly clear to you, you have th right to ask to to me to reformat my question to make it even more crystal clear.
