Hello EEVBlog forum, and other internet passerbys. I am currently looking to take on some part time projects. I am an Electrical Engineer from the Hudson Valley, New York. My primary area of expertise is in manufacturing and industrial electronics, but I've done a fair but of hardware design in the wearable sphere. I've designed things from wine racks, to wearable medical devices, to currently where I design control enclosures for UHP gas equipment.
My core competencies are as follows:
- PCB Design
- Project Management
- 3rd Party Certification (NRTL, SEMI S2, cE, UL, etc)
- Mechanical Design and Layout (Autodesk Inventor Pro/Vault)
- 2 Line Diagrams
- 3D Printing and Other Digital Fabrication (CNC mills, routers, lasers, etc)
- Rapid Prototyping
I have a range of equipment from 3D printers, test equipment, to other tools like welders and woodworking tools. I'm definitely not afraid to get my hands dirty with new processes and unconventional techniques. I like to fail fast and work through iterations.
I'm open to projects large and small, projects that are in the planning phase or towards the end. If you have a larger project and need a team assembled, I can do that as well.
