Graphic Import

Hello, I know it is possible to import a graphic into Altium for use of a silk screen. I have checked the online documentation which told me to use the scripts found in the example directory, but some how the scripts are not there. Here is what i want to import into altium, I am using Altium 10.

Where can i get these scripts to covert this into either lines or solid regions? or is there another way?
