What if we give deliberate wrong answers?

After all the circuit is simple and easy, and giving answers like RTFM and read the coursework instead of going out Phuza Wena and partying till you fail will not exactly be the right answer.

What we need is a system that tests for users electronics/mechanical/software capability on a fundamental level (not too complicated, of course) like 'CAPTCHA' (but more EEVBLOGish in nature) and does not allow registration if they fail.

I wouldn't like to say I'd get that on a fast time limit - I can't remember the last time I had to decode resistor colours.
