Couldn't justify it before - but now it's just about within reach.

Let's see .... Diff probes or Christmas....?

Decisions... Decisions...

Does anyone have experience with how much tax will be added for the diff probe with shipping to Germany?
I know it's at least 19% sales tax, and likely some fee for DHL, but are there additional fees?

Last year, when I bought my HVP70 I had to pick it up at the local customs office.
Yes, you have to pay at least the 19% EUST. And depending on the TARIC number, especially if it is the wrong one(sometimes selecting the correct TARIC isn't that easy :palm:), there is sometimes an additional tax (ZOLLST).
According to some pages like Farnell the TARIC Number for a diff probe is 90309000.

Last year I didn't lookup the right TARIC before going to the customs office and we selected a number with a 3,x% tax.
So I only had to pay the EUST + in this case the 3,x% additional tay due to my own stupidity :) and there were no additional DHL fees.

Well, seems to be moot anyway. Even though the shop page says 4 in stock, when I put it into the cart, it says there are not enough (0 available) in stock.
Seems I was too slow :(

Dave,

Is there stock left? It says 4 but nothing when you check out. I'll take one if they are there.

Noticed the newest vid said some were for sale still, and sure enough the store works to order again. Here is hoping it arrives safely!

There is something wrong with the store stock management system so I've had to disable it. I have some HVP70 stock left, 4 I think.

That's interesting. I did notice it said 4 left when I tried previously but also said not enough stock at checkout. Glad you "fixed" it.

Not happy with the "fix" of course, still have no idea what is causing it.

Looks like the HVP70 sold out. I had a few in my cart, but proceeding to checkout failed due to them going out of stock. Looks like someone beat me to payment.

Yes, sold out. Not sure I'll bother carrying these again.
They sell at the current sale price, but I make very little on that.

I had wanted to buy two a little while back(at full price) but they weren't available. Then this thread came up and I thought it was good luck. The probe and lower cost... I wonder if it is all about the cost, or the idea that this is the end of them that's driving sales? I also wonder if different attenuation models would sell better. Whatever the reason I hate to see this effectively off the eevblog market but if it isn't worth the hassle I can't blame you.

For me it's mostly the cost. I don't mind people earning a living, but I have to consider my means too.
