Eagle Board Layout Assistant

Layout out boards to fit enclosures can be difficult, especially the cross-shaped boards designed to use the maximum area of an enclosure. The make the process easier, I created the Eagle Board Layout Assistant using Visual Basic. It should run on any Windows computer and generates a script file to create the board in Eagle. No installation is required. VB6RUN.DLL is required which is usually on computers running Microsoft applications.
Information and instructions for using the program may be found here.

Simply make a tool that can slice the 3d model (step file), shrink the outline and export that as a layer. The you really have the right contour.
