Unknown IC on Toshiba HDD PCB

Can anyone recognise the chip at locations IC12 and IC13 on this Toshiba HDD PCB?

The chip is an op amp or instrumentation amp (perhaps a dual amp). It amplifies and buffers the output of the piezo shock sensors at MT1 and MT2.

I don't need this information for a repair, but I'd like to add this chip to my database.

Would you have a photo where markings can be read better?

I presume that "1832" is a YYWW (year/week) date code. Other Toshiba PCBs use amps made by Rohm, but there is nothing on Rohm's web site that matches the above markings.

It is probably a custom marking.
