This is a development of a grille for a Kikusui PLZ334W Electronic Load.

The model is ready to use right now. It looks good and fits securely.
However, it's worth making two necessary adjustments:
- the hooks need to be moved so the part fits 1.2 mm higher;
- the hemispheres need to be trimmed to a height of 0.5 mm.

Here you can see how I cut out the hemispheres:


Here you can see that the part becomes 1.2 mm lower than required:

I also made a dust filter:


And finally, I calibrated all three current ranges.
The hardest part was calibrating the 66A range; I had to connect three of my lab power supplies.

Here we go again.  Had to fix a few mistakes.

Okay.  I made the changes you requested.
I'm a little concerned that the two domes are not adequate to secure the grille.
Therefore, I added a third dome in that center 5mm hole.

I'm enclosing both versions.




It looks like you need a knob made for the adjustment encoder . . .

I've got about a dozen PLZ334W units in storage from auction and many have damaged plastic.  I've wanted this solution for over... 2 years now I think.  Thank you so much!  I didn't want to resell them until they were as close to fully restored as possible.

A final note:

The final release of the grille I posted in the "Replacement Knobs, Feet and Fittings for Test Equipment" topic has the two small locking domes 1mm further apart than the version-005 posted above.  It is based on a measured value instead of from a scaled photo that I used for the rest of the model.

So if the domes are slightly too close together, try the version over in the other topic.

I'm not sure which is more correct and d-el was off printed version-005 posted above.

005 fits well and sits evenly, I am completely satisfied

The exact difference between the two files is only 0.8mm.
It would probably be hard to tell the difference if placed side-by-side.

While putting the final package together, I noticed that you measured
the distance between the holes in photo IMG_0822.jpg of 90mm.  A more realible
value than my guess from a scaled photo.  Feeling that the designers most likely
placed the holes at a whole number, I made the adjustment in the final model.

I'm probably making a mountain out of a mole hill here.
