Altium - Access DBLIB import issue

Hello all,

long-time EEVblog viewer and first-time forum user here!

I am a first-time Altium DBLIB user. While I am using Microsoft Access dblib to import components it imports all parameters.
After importing few components, for the new component, it shows the below error.
Error - Record too large

Is there any way to limit/minimize parameters in Altium Access dblib while importing the components?
