Altium "Develop"?

Can anyone fill me in on the new package called Altium "Develop"?  In particular I'm curious what changes when Altium Designer is packaged under "Develop" (or the other flavors for that matter).  According to marketing emails it's cheaper than the previous Designer and has fewer "Enterprise features".  But as usual with email or webpage marketing barf I can't figure this out, and our Altium account-manager-of-the-month doesn't even know.  In fact, he's been pushing for an upgrade to the latest Designer when this Develop thing gets released in October.

There might be a remove button in the top right.
If not there is a move button in the bottom left, uncheck the redirection topic.
