Altium & Origin/Import Issue

How do I force the CURRENT ORIGIN to be a precise distance (i.e. entered manually, not by clicking on a point) from the ABSOLUTE ORIGIN.

Also, when I import a DXF as the board outline, this requires the offset from the ABSOLUTE ORIGIN not the CURRENT ORIGIN - is there a way to change this?
