Double Board Edge Route with Altium 14

Hi all.  First time posting here.  From my searches here there is some good experience to be shared.

I have come across an issue with Altium 14.  Whenever I try to generate NCR files now, I am getting 2 board edge routes generated on my board defined edges. Please see the attached file.
I have highlighted the correct board edge rout, but Altium is generating a second route inside the board.

Has anybody else run into this issue?  Does anybody know how to fix it? 
I have been using Altium 10 up to this point, and recently upgraded.  There are a few changes now that are very frustrating.
