Trace inner radius
« on: October 26, 2025, 02:49:46 pm »
Dear All,

I didn't find any solution, to modify the inner radiuses of the tracks. Are there any solution for this besides than redraw all the traces?
I have a ridiculous amount of pcbs, so not happy about redrawing...

The design is very simple, 3mm traces, with 3mm clearance between them.

Thanks in advance!

You need curves rather than right-angle turns.

How do you mean redraw them all, you can simply delete the short sections and CTRL-C/paste a pre-made arc over the top one at a time? At least you can with the ones that are all the same size.

If doing that is too slow maybe it's worthwhile to look at writing a helper Altium script, Altium has pascal scripting.
ChatGPT can help write pascal code very well but I very much doubt ChatGPT has been trained on enough Altium scripts to help with the Altium API syntax.

(I've not written altium scripts myself so i don't know how to approach this task)
