Currently own [this](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32889768195.html) soldering station and I quite like it. I'm not a big fan of the soldering handle as the tips are quite loosely held in and often throw an error that the tip isn't detected, but that's another issue (which I don't really know how to fix; suggestions?).

Does anyone know whether I can use a KSGer tip in the Quicko Station?

T12 should be compatible with a T12, but with the chinese you can never be sure.

But if you don't like the quality of the handle, then look a bit further. There are different quality levels of handles for a T12 available. from "too cheap to be true" to "could be quite decent", but those cost a bit more.

I also do not trust mains voltage power supplies from china much. Personally I'd rather buy some loose parts, and then, when you're selecting your handle, you will also find photographs of the internals of those handles

Biggest trouble with the cheap T12 tips is the coating.  It will often burn and flake off of the cheaper ones, exposing the bare "metal" underneath that will oxidize and make for poor interaction and thermal transfer with the molten solder. Generally look for machined steel tips instead of the ones that look like re-casted recycled scrap if they show a closeup.

That vendor does offer some of the higher grade tips, the extra cost is often worth the greater functional lifespan.

"Mechanic" seems to also be a good T12 brand from Aliexpress, the tips are packed in a tube instead of a thin plasic bag.
