I am suspicious of a 100nF C0G, nice part, but it is a little specialist.
In general C0G are (above tiny values) only used for a reason, and something as out there as a 100nF of C0G would be the sort of thing anyone would try hard to design out if they could (It exists, but is physically quite large (1206, never happymaking in ceramic caps, and relatively expensive), it is probably there for a reason (If you have identified that part correctly).
WHY are you replacing these, apart possibly from that tant there is noting there where your replacement is likely to be an improvement in ANY parameter that matters, and even the tant may be the appropriate choice depending on the circuit, and most of these parts would be the last places I would look for a problem.
