Datron 1061

I have a Datron 1061 , purchased in 2009 never used before , when powered up Error OL shows, pressing test goes through a routine t6he Error 5 .
Pressing Man shows PASS
Unit stuck on DC
AC and kOhm buttons will not illuminate .
Anyone have one of these or experienced the same fault
