As to your question of deleting your posts:
- You can remove your posts, unless it is the original post in the thread, with the Remove button.
How do you remove if it is the original post? This is my case... I boinked badly on a post (trying to use the inline images feature!). There were no answers - no replies - and I thought I had read that as long as no one had replied, the OP could delete. But that's apparently not the case.
You don't.
Only a forum administrator can remove the original post and thread.
Moving on to the inline image insertion:
This is the process that I've been using now:
Trying to follow your instructions:
- I assume "save" means click the "Post" button
Yes. "Save" means the "Post" button
After your reply is posted, expand (i.e. click) the thumbnail at the bottom of the post.
Right click and save the image address. (I'm using Chrome on Windows. It may be different for you.)
Then reedit your post and insert the image address where you want it in that post.
If you don't expand the thumbnail, your address will be for the thumbnail and not the full size image.
