Discrete component power rating in RF circuits

Hi
I am coping a RFID circuit from a known product, I am following it's schema.
I know that Voltages can be 3-4 times higher than the Voltage sourced to the circuit because the peaks in the signal.
I have doubts on the power rating I should select on my discrete components
I have read some stuff and suppose the Intensity curve grows with the Voltage in a RF signal (absolutely no sure on that)
The emitter uses 20mA and my logic says that Potence is the same so as Voltage grows Intensity should be less,... however I am really far from the realms of RF dark magic and I don't have confidance in my knowledge

The banal truth is that to design a circuit (including selecting the ratings of the components), you need to understand how it works. You need to be able to determine the voltage and current at every point in the circuit. Sometimes you can use a simulation, but even then you need to understand enough to assess whether the simulation result makes sense. If you have a part of the circuit that you don't understand, you can ask on the forum, but if there's a lot of it, even the forum won't help.
