Help with raspberry powerbank schematic

Hello friend , i would to make a custom powerbank ... this is the schematic

i have received the pcb from jlcpcb (with smt service) but not works with battery  |O
it seems to works only with usbc cable connected (charge the battery , power on the raspberry)

Can you help me?
