identifing a component value need help here

its smd inductor but what is the 100 stand for???
and how do i know the inductency for that liitel guy???
becuse i want replace it with none smd type becuse i cant it find it i have to order it online it will take time
and does it have a polarity - or +  ?

Probably 10 uH- code is same as for resistors and caps - 2 digits plus the number of zeros.
Current rating will often matter, but something of a similar physical size would be OK.
