Problem: Atten ADS1202CL+ update firmware with Siglent!

Hi all,
I update Atten ADS1202CL+ oscilloscope with Siglent SDS1000CNL. Now functions work good. But the Time/Div Not ?Valid.
oscilloscope tested with 1Khz:


Frequency is 1Khz But when calculate with Time/Div Frequency = 40Hz.

 can back to Atten firmware?
if No how it fix?

5 x (0.000500 sec) = 0.0025 sec
1/0.0025 sec = 400 Hz
