Is this a breadboard problem

I built an opamp circuit on a 3M breadboard. There is a 560pF cap in place to keep the opamp from oscillating, no problem at all. However, sometime when I remove this cap, the opamp will remain stable. Another time I remove it, the circuit will oscillate. Something if I tile the jumper wire at an angle, the circuit will oscillate. So, is this problem caused by the breadboard or the circuit itself is at the edge of stability?

As my crystal ball is clouded today, and I'm not aware of any publicly accessible three letter agency surveillance feeds from your lab, we'll need a photo of the assembled breadboard and a schematic please.  >:D  :horse:

My crystal ball says that a jungle of tangled cables doesn't do well to electronics and moving such cables around can easily increase or reduce crosstalk and therefore affect behavior of the circuit. So that's nothing suspicious by itself.

As for some hypothetical alternative PCB realization of your undisclosed circuit, hell, that's gonna take tea leaves :P
