Hi, is there a jumper anywhere to buy to connect 2 anodes and 2 cathodes?

I am looking for a single diode, but all SOT-227 configurations are 2 independent. it looks too tight to use a crimp ring terminal and do a wire connection
If you do power electronics, I recommend you get some copper sheet in different thicknesses (0.3mm is good all-around thickness, still cuttable with normal scissors).
So you can just cut your own in matter of minutes.
Do remember that paralleling diodes is not necessarily straightforward. In such package though they are fairly well thermally coupled so it works out, but still some derating is usually needed.
Using two wires with their own lugs, and combining these wires later at their destination is probably the simplest option.

Yes, with the positive tempco of copper helping even more, but you really need to calculate the resistance instead of just relying on "a bit". The effect might be orders of magnitude less than you expect.
To what end -- is this at high frequency, mains, DC? How is it wired, that there is room for a jumper?
Does the datasheet say the dies are matched, so they are okay to wire in parallel? (Dual diodes are often separate dies, so their temperatures won't track as well as could be. As a result, the maximum current rating for two in parallel, will be somewhat less than double the rating of each diode. How much depends on how well matched they are.)

It is for the output diode in a boost converter configuration, fsw > 20 kHz. It will sit on the same heatsink as MOSFET (most like also SOT-227 housing).
For the diode,
it says: Positive temperature coefficient for safe operation and ease of paralleling.
Oh, SiC, yeah internal resistance dominates and has a PTC. No problem!
