« on: November 17, 2016, 06:14:30 pm »
Hello everyone,
i am looking for a new soldering station, after looking around other operators i am undecided for this models:

hakko fx-951 plus micro tool FM 2032-52 (376,00€ + 124,00€)
or
JBC CD-2SE with tool t-210a (391€)
JBC DIR-2D with tool t-210a (589€)

all versions are at 220V. (the hakko 220v here in Europe it's very expensive)

My sector: soldering and microsoldering, smartphone and tablets tech repair
I like jbc because i bought a JT hot air, but i sow that the Hakko have a lot kind of tips.

help me plese.
Thank you.
Al.

Take what i say with a grain of salt, but i would go with the hakko your sector is the same as this guy https://www.youtube.com/user/rossmanngroup   more or less and thats what he uses. Thought ultimately the choice just comes down to whichever YOU like better getting a hakko for its tips is as valid a reason as going with a brand you like, at least when it comes to hakko VS jbc.

I would say to go for the Hakko, but I am biased as I have one.  I also have a Metcal MX-500.  I do use and enjoy them both.  I can't speak for the micro handle as I don't have one.
