Looking for a replacement obsolete MOSFET

I need to replace an obsolete N-Channel MOSFET SUB75N08-10.

There is no direct replacement.

Can someone help me pick a compatible replacement? I need a TO-263 package and a good quality part.

Mosfets have improved quite a lot over the last 20 to 30 years. They can withstand more voltage, and carry more current. Threshold voltage is usually around 4V, but there are "logic compatible" FET's with a lower threshold voltage.

For the rest, for fast switching, the gate capacitance is an important factor. But overall selecting a FET for switching applications is not very critical.
