need assistance with ID of SMD transistor

Hello I am in process of trying to fix a digital VCR deck with a defective Video YbYcYr  process board   I have already traced down 2 defective "open" transistors  Sot-23 type
code on top reads "45"  to right of a rotated 90deg Low case m1  I have looked extensively on web for a cross reference but all the code books I have looked through indicate a 45 code reference  is assigned to a 6 or 8 pin amplifier device this does not correspond to my package Type.

Any assist would be most appreciated.
