Register FLUKE Onetouch Series II

Hello everyone,
I have a Fluke Networks OneTouch Series II.

Unfortunately, when I turn it on, the register message bothers me.

I contacted Fluke and was told that the network division had been sold to NetScout.

There I was given the following information:
"Hello Alex,
The Fluke OneTouch PRO Series II was retired some time ago, before NetAlly became a company and acquired the handheld tools and AirMagnet software from NetScout. Now my question is whether someone can help me to register the product or permanently delete or suppress the message?

No, I wasn't able to disable the registration notification.
In the meantime, I’ve resold the device.
