« on: December 03, 2018, 03:30:37 am »
Hi,

I replaced a LCD display from a crane computer, but after a few day appear again the same problem that the first display faulty (black spot or lines)

Which could be the cause?

One picture show the two LCD Hosiden, a new and first LCD faulty, the other picture show the black spot on the new display.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

This happens due to cracks in bottom layer of glass (often happens with mobile phones) or loosing seal on the edge between glass layers. Could be because there is some mechanical stress applied. Might be delamination without loosing seal as well.

I'd say that's mechanical stress related too.
