Flat flex connectors ... figure out number of traces and pitch (spacing between the wires) and thickness of ribbon cable :

The displays don't have the same ribbon cable... the datasheet would normally say or you can determine from drawings.

How about looking into the datasheet for the Display you intend to buy? Most probably they tell you exactly which mating connector should be used.
