What model is this transformer

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to repair a Sony ADP-200ER PSU for a PS4, and it might be that this transformer has gone bad.
However, i can't find any info about it.

Can anyone tell me what model this transformer is?

Have you tried Googling some of the numbers written on it?

If that doesn't work, then it'll be a custom wound for the power supply. The core and bobbin will most likely be standard but the windings will be bespoke.

What makes you believe it's the transformer? It's probably the last thing I'd suspect.

It says L1 beside it.  It is a choke (inductor), not a transformer
