A true design fail.
In most cases I would prefer the pen type form factor with some velcro type holder somewhere on the body when not in use.
If it really needs to go to the wrist, more a pocket type and some band for the wrist so one could optionally stick the meter there if one really wants too.

That would actually make it useful, if you're up a ladder or in a crawlspace or whatever running wiring then having a wearable multimeter with a proper watch-type elastic strap, correct display orientation, and clips for the leads would be useful for quick checks of continuity, 12V/GND, that sort of thing.  If you're fiddling with wiring then having the display right next to the hands you're using to do the wiring would be useful, it's just that this design isn't.
