Not all people in the world has infitive space
In many countries we use terace to place solar boilers
So the question
If the roof space is not enough?
If balcony space is not enough
but if you have floor space
Like Garage spot, Pavement etc What OPTIONS you have to install Solar panels?

There is no "This is the solution!" solution - every house/flat has it's own options (or no option at all).
If find the parking lot installation just awful, you really do not want to drive over those panels. An option would be a solar carport, instead of roofing install solar panels. That's even easy to DIY and not expensive.
Same for the in-garden installation - surrounded by little stones and gras? Can't get a worse installation than that. Mower+stone=glass-shattering projectiles. Also it's collecting dust and dirt, which will not be washed away during rain.
Your marked house installation might not be very suitable as well, looks like you don't get much direct sunlight there. Maybe arrange something with other tenants to install a larger array on the roof, so everyone benefits.
