This is the
snickers board
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/buysellwanted/hp-agilent-53131-53132-53181-gpsdo-timebase/with some gadgets in addition.
You will get:
- GPSDO board with the M3 screws and cables included
- EMB Papst 412/2, 3 pin fan
- 10K NTC to be screwed in the Q1 heatsink (need to M4 tap or drill a 4mm hole into the heatsink, see
here)
- Trimble GPS antenna 56237-00, with about 5m cable
- BNC to SMA adapter for the antenna above
Basically you will get all the necessary pieces for the upgrade. You have just to play Lego

.
This kit will also provide a PWM fan control, to reduce the noise and make sure the oven is always at the right temperature.
The EMB papst fan is anyway much quiter than the horrible stock one.
It could be the device will show "uncalibrated" for a couple of seconds at startup after the GPSDO upgrade. This is because it is missing the high stability calibration value, just take a stable 10MHz and do the calibration.
This is just to remove the "uncalibrated" warning, it has no influence on device functions.
Bonus:
- 4 Am29F010 with last FW 4613 to replace the existing ones, so you can upgrade the FW if you want.
You will need a full new calibration after this FW upgrade. It sound scary but it is totally doable at home...

https://53132a.zucca.me$200 is a fair price, the BOM alone is way above it.
It is an unicorn kit, not sure if it will happen again.
Finally I can only suggest the LED display upgrade by dimmog...
